My SB Radio is now working again down in New Zealand this morning.
Thanks to everyone who helped sort this issue out!

Mine has been working since this morning too (23Apr18), after 2-3 days
of not working (I'm in Canada on Rogers). The menu is now showing and I
can punch my presets and access my favorites, etc. Thanks!

Excellent. Confirms my initial understanding and clearly a positive as a
number of the initial apps (like Sirius) support have disappeared.
Ability to continue to use my music collection and use the apps in LMS
This is very interesting. During the time I was unable to connect my two
radios to mysqueezebox.com, I was also not able to connect them to LMS
7.9.1.
When connection to msb.com was fixed, I was then able to connect to LMS
7.9.1
There were two different issues. They were fixed within a few hours

I spent some time reading through this forum and it appears that you are
a one man show keeping our radios working. My deepest and most sincere
thanks to you for that.
When it comes to this type of issue (low level server infrastructure
issues) I can count on trusty helpers in the IT department

Both my radios are working now. What was the cause and what did you do
to fix it?
Most of our infrastructure is running on outdated server types and need
to be replaced. In moving to newer types of systems we missed some
crucial piece which needed a different configuration than the old
system
