If thats the case is it not soldered to a board, so op may be best
adviced to replace the radio before the warranty expires ?
Don't know for the OP, but my soldering skills are near non existent.
That's why I had gotten the Controller replaced by Logitech. ;)

Perhaps you've already considered this, but my original wireless
connection for my Radio was poor. I then realized I had a washer/dryer
directly in the line-of-sight between the router and the Radio. Moving
the router a couple of feet solved the problem. Its roughly 9 or 10
meters between the two
Just to let you know it should be like this, my Radio works at the
bottom of my garden 20 metres from my router (the router is at the
front of my house so also goes through 3 walls to get there)

Thank you all for your answers but I install wireless surveillance
cameras for years and I know the WiFi.
In addition, my modem is smart and automatically selects a channel
without interference
If something disrupts the reception, why my other devices work ?
Maybe I should read the 232 post

I just don't think it is an inherent problem with all SB Radio's. Like
others in here I do not have such issues with my WiFi Radio.
It's either your radio (return it) or your WiFi environment (fix it).
There is nothing really smart about auto switching WiFi ch's, most
WiFi routers do that, even
2 months from buy, several updates, and range of the WIFI still not
exceed 3 meters, so it's unusable.
My Windows Phone and my Laptop receives the signal over 15 meters, so
they are usable.
I show my SSID and uses canal 9
I eagerly await the end of the warranty so I can disassemble this radio
Have you used a tool like inSSIDer on your laptop to see what other WiFi
networks are near you? If there are other WiFi networks this could be
your problem, especially picking a channel like 9. Channel 9 would have
interference from your neighbors networks on either 6 or 11. You should
really
