The main reason was that the skin always gave me what I wanted at no
cost so I didn't see the need for the extra expenditure.

I'm intrigued to know why you are using the "iPeng skin plugin" and not
the iPeng app (which is far superior to the old skin imho)?

I do have custom browse and use it to create a ratings menu whereby it
creates dynamic playlists of all songs with a particular rating and
above.
I don't know know why but it seems to work on my squeezebox classic and
with softsqu
Thanks erland I'll check the logs. If I don't see the completed message
I'll run another restore tonight (I have the old backups) and leave it

I am really new to Squeezebox and have been really intrigued by the
concept. I bought a SB Classic last December and then picked up a Radio
for my wife. My wife is not one that takes quickly to new technologies,
she likes to turn a knob or push a button and get immediate results;

Hi I thought I would just put in some positive feedback :-) and my
overall experience.
I have owned a squeezebox classic since the beginning of 2006. I also
have a library of 14000 songs.
I received my new squeezebox radio yesterday :-)
Previously I was on 7.3.1 so needed to upgrade to 7.4.1.
