Update: This problem is not in fact resolved by a factory reset and
testmatch agrees. See here:

There is a solution, although until fixed by Logitech it requires you

Answering my own question here, but I've just talked to a very helpful
Logitech lady who got me to do a factory reset and stayed on the line
while I reset my access point and entered all the details into the radio
again. The result is that I'm now up and running on channel 13.
