I had a difficult time locating a West Coast station's address. One tip
I wanted to share was that if you type the call letters and number into
Google Search, Wikipedia comes up for that station and streams are
listed on the right. Just take the pls address and add to my
squeezebox.

Is anyone seeing any radio station artwork while using the
streamtheworld CBS streams? I'm not seeing any artwork, and I'm curious
if it is an issue with my setup, or the streams.

1. TuneIn (aka. RadioTime) was told by Clear Channel to disable their
recording app on the iPad so now you can't record any Clear Channel

As was mentioned before, the AAC extension works also and has better
sound quality than the Dialup version. These all worked for me...just
change the call signs with the station you're trying to tune into.

Once it's playing you can add it as a favorite.

All CBS radio stations have been pulled from Tune In, this is necessary
for all CBS stations from what I can tell, I listen to Chicago and East
Coast cities and it's Nationwide.
I've been e-mailing with CBS radio Programming Director in Chicago and
he was trying to advise that I get my old radio

I guess I'll be listening to something else now. The reason I bought a
Squeezebox is because my computer has other audio coming out at times,
and I want to be able to listen to audio files stored on my computer or
listen to the radio without having a conflict. The Squeezebox solved
all that as

station. I have 3 of these devices and live in a high rise so I needed

I have the same problem. Says its being blocked by tunein. Yet if i go
straight to tunein it plays.
There has to be a reason and a way to correct this. Can't just let it

site, or having some sort of money issue with TuneIn. I hit WXRT up on

Indeed this is a CBS issue. They are restricting all streaming feeds to
TuneIn. They want you to use radio.com or yahoo apps that are found on
Android and iOS mobile devices. This leaves SB users out in the cold.

radios are having the same issue. Pretty short sighted move.

I bought a Phoenix Com1 Wifi radio a few years ago. It is now an
expensive brick; CBS disabled reception of their stations on it.
I spent quite a few dollars for my SB, and as of today, I own another
brick.

Thanks to all who posted regarding the sudden loss of CBS streaming on
the Squeezebox. I too just lost 5 of my 6 presets. I grew up with WCBS
880 the great sound quality of the Squeezebox and with the battery
option the ability to bring it anywhere around the house. (I live in

found a work around that seems to work. Go to a site like reciva and
search for the station you want. then click the 'listen icon'. it will
download the pls file . copy the url link and add it as a favorite. (if

I got these from the Vtuner Internet Radio page. I clicked on the feed
