The Schwalbe Marathon Supreme is built primarily for puncture resistance and longevity, and is ideal for loaded touring. However, it's probably way on the stiff end of the suppleness scale. I pump 'em up every couple of weeks to around 65-70, and when they feel a bit softish they're down to 40.
