I celebrate diversity. My Saluki is 650B and the Riv custom 700C. I find subtle differences between the two wheel sizes but nothing dramatic. So having the diversity has persuaded me that there isn't anything 'magic' about wheel size. Tire diameter and inflation pressure seem far more dramatic
