First I put the fender in and made sure it would alien ok. Well slid it over
tire with no hardware.
Then I snipped the plastic tops off of the black stay holders
Then I put the stays through and moved the front one to the desired level to
hold the alignment from the front.

I got the rear fender installed today much more quickly than the front one
yesterday. I had to use a spacer for the fender connection on the chainstay
bridge. Used (2) valve screws and washers. It looks good. Only thing is it
is hard to get that flap in the back
