If it'll fit buy it. Great bikes. I have one and it's one of the few bikes I own I wouldn't consider selling. They will fit Jack Browns with fenders (that's what I have on mine) which makes for a real nice ride. Not to mention you can throw a rack (I have front and rear) on it and carry stuff.

As long as the paint isn't dinged up from locking up all the time (bane of commuters) then it seems like a real good purchase. If it was used in winter, then that's a whole other story. Seattle does get some precipitation I've heard. The 52.5cm TT isn't bad at all for that size. Good to know!
