John, Thanks!
That Vars is only 20 miles old! It's still a baby. Just getting used to the
Berthoud feel.
I had my Brooks B17 titanium snap on me the other day. I've been a Brooks

Ty, that sure is a beauty!
How old is your Vars saddle? It looks like it's defying your best
efforts to break it in. I have one on my Hunqapillar and love it. And which
leather bar tape did you use? I'm debating with myself whether to rewrap my
albatross bars with leather tape.
Thanks
Another reason to have multiple bikes is so you have a backup to ride if one is

I've got the Berthoud SS fenders 700x50. A little narrower than
recommended, but I think they'll work.
I've got a VO decaleur on my Acorn bag.

most elegant, but solid.

What size fenders do you have on it? How is the front bag attached at the
top? Don't see a decailluer.

Fender line is not quite right with the 44s but it rides ok. I’ll get round to

The Wald handlebar clips/struts set up works great. Before I went down the nice
bike rabbit hole, I used that set up on a beater bike for years. You can’t go
nuts with tons of weight in the basket, but that’s true for any set up.
