Thank you! I’ve spent a lot of time/mental RAM on the component choice
(trying for equal parts of form and function) so I’m very happy it came out
riding just as beautifully as it looks.
The bars are the Velo Orange Granola Bar mounted to their two bolt (31.8)
stem. I’ll be trying these for a week
Wow. That looks stunning. Are those VO Tourist bars? What about the rear
rack?

Long shot here for sure but did anyone buy a small Gus or Platypus that
isn’t working out for them?
If so, you can reach me off list a rayvarella007 at gmail dot com

I’m looking for a cable hanger and straddle / yoke to work with my front
Racer Brake. This is for a Sam Hillborne so I need a 1” / 25.4mm hanger.
I’m open to other options (those peace sign cable straddles are awesome,
Rene Herse makes a sweet cable hanger), but my preference is for:
*1 x Paul
That's both clever and well done. I've made similar "splash guard" systems,
though much cruder, for various mountain bikes using black plastic and zip
ties; protection is not as good as with "real" fenders but far better than
clip-on shorties or nothing.
Will you please post the obligatory
Rack has been sold; thx to all interested.

Form was superior to function, so it didn't last long. Also, the stated

That’s a nice looking upgrade. Once I quit commuting on it the fenders
came off, and they’re not missed.
I’ve only replaced the drivetrain on mine. At times I miss the original 9
speed XTR derailleurs and cranks, and bar-end shifters. The newer
