The change in specs could be from supply chain issues. Parts for anything
are hard to find.

have no particular opinion on this, it's just interesting from a company

A couple of questions that came up:
The bike pictured currently has 38 mm Rene Here (Compass) tires. I think
it could easily fit 33s with Fenders.
Good point. I had a 56/57 Rom and it fits similar and my 58 Ram fits bigger.

As with most things: it depends. If by "best" you mean "quickest easiest
way to make a best guess for a rider who doesn't have a solid idea how they
want to fit on a bike", then YES, it's still the best way.
I think Patrick brought this up not too long ago, but looks like there is a
nice quantifiable map (down to zip code) about how long we have been
getting dangerous air days in the last couple of years.

That’s sad. Without Harris Cyclery, we might never have had Velouria and
the Lovely Cicycle blog, and I might not have found Rivendell (and would

find a normal WI ENO hub instead. I converted my eccentric WI ENO to
straight axle.
FYI - Amazon says they have a 32 hole 135 ENO eccentric in stock.
