Here's that UNO though it's no help with the headbadge, it didn't have one.
This is one I really should have kept, I found it as a (very scratched)
frame only and added the generic black unicrown fork. Really nice build I

Yes but they're heavy which is how you get to Grant/Riv's position, "Why
not just ride a derailer bike if you need gears?" At which point I look at

Ah dangit, I think I said that backwards.
Shorter version: the original Atlantis was designed with drop/moustaches
bars in mind, the size you need depends a lot on which types of bars you
run. Pullbacks like Bosco or Billie? Go big!

My guess in this scenario (cuz I haven't seen the shifters yet) is the

A word about "pre-sale lottery", it's the same as if they quietly put the
frames on the site and took orders until they sold out. This way everybody
knows when to order instead of just checking a website and hoping they're
there. I don't understand the verklemptitude here.

Well that was fun. I like my version of the Rosco Platy Presale thread
better so I'm back over here to say I hope everybody grabs the frame they
want and shows them built up later so we can look at them. Have a nice day!

James, how did you determine they were already sold out when the page you
landed on announces when the presale begins? The title of this thread has
presale in it so you knew the frame wasn't available yet.

I believe it. I just saw a pic of Leah (Bicycle Belle Ding Ding) on
Instagram with her group riders all on carbon road bikes and am
consistently impressed that she keeps up (and sometimes leads) with them.
Yes she's strong, but that's still a lot to ask of a steel upright mixte.

Here's the product page. My daughter saw the email before me and sent a pic
of the green one with this text:

Oh, Eric has the better plan. I didn't notice there's no chain, my question
doesn't make sense 🙃

Is it bending like this under all the cogs? I'm wondering if the problem is
simply that you need to unscrew the limit screw at the big cog.

Part of the Riv association with long-reach calipers (my opinion) is Grant
had them made back in the days when road bikes were closely associated with
calipers and he wanted more room for big tires. We don't think anything of
it now but at the time if your bike had canti posts it was a tourer or
Johnny, I believe that's how the long-reach-caliper Cheviot became the
v-brake Platypus. V-brakes just work and I spec'd them on my light duty
mostly-pavement custom as well.

Yep. If there's a spacer there now cuz the Bitex will accept 11/12-speed
cassettes, said spacer will work with another Shimano or SRAM 9-speed.

Joe (that's me) was wrong, I hadn't noticed the head lugs. As someone else
opined it's likely a custom in the All Rounder style.
