Bike Friday makes a non-folding, adjustable size bike that is mostly sold in
fleets to schools. However, individuals can buy just one bike if they desire.
(Disclaimer, I work as a service mechanic at Bike Friday.)

to my high school English teacher when I forsook her hopes of my journalism
career in favor of a nursing career. I think I love and am energized by people
even more than I am by a good book, so I got a bachelor’s in

The other very easy solution is to buy a Brompton (or Tern or probably any
other folding bike) that will take little room in the garage and magically
seems to adjust to fit any size rider quite nicely. Then you are always

We were all set to ride to the boys’ volleyball game at school today - my whole
family. Inexplicably, the front derailer on the Betz would not work. At all.
And it was not that little wingnut, which is the only thing I know to fix.
