The drawing itself shows the rim diameter at 622mm and the tire diameter at 714mm. 714 - 622 = 92mm. 92/2 = 46mm. That's a 46mm tire wrapped around a 700c rim. I judged the lower slung top tube(s) because of how they encroach on the water bottle in the drawing. Bill Lindsay El Cerrito,
