Also check out the new Devon panniers by Brooks. Quite expensive (280 pounds for one). But looks like it might fit the bill, with a change of the handle on top to a longer strap. Which am guessing is an easy swap. I personally like the look of the Carradice Bike Bureau. But maybe not upscale
