Yes, I had to cut the stem to get the fork off. I never thought to ask how they
got it out, I was just happy to be able to ride again. I'd guess they reamed it
out because that thing was stuck big time!

If you don't want to deal with the stem and are selling it as-is, the price
would be much less than if you get the stem out.
