Yes , in Ohio I've had a custom built by Franklin Frames and a
repair/repaint of a Bombadil. Very Nice for single color paint jobs I
requested ! He used Dupont Imrom paint though he may have others.

My single coat with blast and prime was $120. My Ram with cream headtube, fork
crown and lug windows done right and decals applied under 2 clear coats was
$240. Pics if interested. This is the guy in Pelham.

The Color Factory in Waretown, NJ does inexpensive paint jobs. I'd call
them C+ grade (If Joe Bell is A+); not great on detail work (like filling
in lug panels), but you can get something stripped. blasted, painted 1
color, decaled and clear coated for ca $200 (not including the decals).

I had good luck with Bilenky in Philadelphia and I also had a good
experience with Hanford Cycles, also in Philadelphia. There is Franklin
frames in Ohio if that is closer and I know folks who have had work done
there and been happy.
