No it does not take a 27.2mm seatpost. The frameset comes with a 26.8mm seatpost. Yes, they are Taiwan made. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group. To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an email

Thanks! I've been thinking about how this frame is a ton of bang for the buck. Does it take a 27.2mm seatpost? These are made in Taiwan, right? Chris -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group. To unsubscribe from this group and stop r

The Bob Jon Pass measures a true 35mm on Open Pro rims. The closest spot for clearance is under the fork crown. I probably would be comfortable with 38s with fenders and I suspect Rock and Roads would fit without fenders, and those are 43mm knobbies -- You received this message because you ar

How is the tire clearance? Are the chainstays the limiting point? What's the actual width of the Bon Jon Pass tires? How big do you think you could go with/without fenders? Sorry for the barrage of questions, but inquiring minds have to know! Chris On Sunday, March 19, 2017 at 1:06:44 PM UTC-

Carla asked about what surfaces I've ridden on and how it rides. It's my daily commute bike. It's essentially aroad bike with 700x35 Bon Jon Pass tires. There's a short mud trail on my path through the hills, but I wouldn't call that mountain riding. Now that the rain has appeared to let up

Bill Can you provide a link to the pannier hardware or a photo of the connection between your rod and the bag via the pannier hardware. I understand the Nitto accessory to rod connection, but I picture the 26mm section as slighty offset from center,. You described it as a "26.0mm end" John Ha

Thanks Bill. That's a great solution, the hardest part of the plan being that transition from the 23.8mm business end down to the 10mm required section. To have it sectioned down to where it cannot slide is good work. "Mad skills" as a co-worker used to say. I am in the planning stages of re
