BTW, for 2 years Schwinn sold the Le Tour in a townie configuration, the Le Tour Tourist (I think it was '81 and '82) Great bikes. I had one for a bit, just changed the 27" steel wheels to alloy. Regretted selling, which is why I eventually tracked down a Le Tour frame and built it up in similar
