When I test rode a 61 Bleriot versus a Kogswell, the Kogswell felt
bigger at the time. Hence my purchase of that bike instead. Although
did love the look of the Bleriot.
Then again - Esteban has that Kogswell as I never could get totally
comfortable on it. Probably could have on the Bleriot.
Curious: what would the SH offer you that the Bleriot doesn't?

I should have said though I would like to have a Sam, too.
The Bleriot is set up as a fast-ish bike with drops. Would love a Sam
with cantis, albatross/mustache, bigger tires, and racks for touring/
commuting. Like this: http://www.ecovelo.info/2009/09/12/more-sam-h-pics/
Not gonna happen this

When I straddle my Bleriot [even in it's 'naked' state of just
frameset wheelset], it fits me perfectly in terms of SO height @59.
Looking forward to getting some components on 'er so I can see feel
the differences betwixt it and BBC#1.

I totally believe that PBH size varies greatly. I was just shocked
that I am as out of proportion as I am. :)

I'm 5'8 on a good day, 85 cm pbh, and have always been most
comfortable on 58-59 cm Riv-proportioned bikes. Early in my bike
career, the bike fitting guru at the shop where I was working
expressed shock and dismay that I would ride such a large frame. He
suggested that I'd be a better fit on a 52
