that Ostrich bag is designed to be mounted to your handlebars with a Nitto F15 U shaped mount. I'm not sure how it would do mounted on an M12 ( ie: is there a base stiffener or the suitablity to use a decaleur) and there are not back pockets which I find extremely useful for
