Had to look the one up.. labrum- part of the shoulder. Sorry to hear about your crash and a new bike too. I agree, everyone I've met through the Rivendell is very nice and well mannered. I especially appreciate the bike as a tool attitude. Too may other groups think nothing of driving their car

Over the years I've had a couple of accidents while riding a bicycle. In both instances I was given very kind assistance by passing pedestrians or auto drivers. I never underestimate the kindness of others, I think most people are really disposed to be helpful when they see someone injured in an
