Patrick: I'd suggest a visit to the LBS. They can tell if it's a cup'n'cone (old traditional style) or pressed in bearings. Have you ever replaced the grease in the bearings? If not, after 4 years of flogging about the mountains they are due for some attention. Cup'n'cone are basic, low tec
