Yeah, I never had to deal with Mavic directly so I shouldn't speak of them. When I had Mavic rim failures it was always the builder (usually Excel) taking care of me. In fact I've never had to deal with Velocity directly either. It's always been Rich built Velocity's for me and he's always kept
