Steve is right - these shouldn't be used for driving or sunglasses. They're intended for reading with. Being on the computer. I was using mine about half an hour a day after a couple of weeks noticed improvements in general vision. These are for eye therapy and have worked well for me. -- You

I've had success with pinhole glasses. I'd highly recommend them. They are all I use now for close work. My need for glasses was only for reading and writing a couple of years after I turned 40. I've never needed glasses for general use, so YMMV, but the claims are that general vision improves w
