Great weather as well in SE Minnesota. Rode the Sam Hillborne on some gravel roads which were outstanding since most of the gravel is gone and the roads are hard packed smooth and dry. Beautiful vistas of the Mississippi River from the ridge. Stopped at a winery for samples. Perfect. Tim

Patrick, Thank you. The SimpleOne easily takes a Schwalbe Dureme 40 with room for fenders. Could one fit a 45mm without fender? I dunno. Maybe. Might give it a try next spring. 40 is as big as I have right now. And I'm not sure what the actual size is. They're very, very close to the 38mm

Eric -- thanks for some of the nicest photos I've seen in a while (referring to the earlier ones, too). It's all so ... green! And the dirt and gravel is so smooth and groomed! And -- I've not seen the S1 headbadge before: what a *nice* badge! Simple but in no way crude. What tires? And how fat
