My brother fell in love with riding again shortly after moving to the Santa Clara area, and in 2006 the copy of Roads to Ride South I gave him was his main guide. He got a LOT of mileage out of it both literally and figuratively. It taught him all the best places between San Mateo and Saratoga.

My current publisher isn't interested, and an agent I know says the internet has made it obsolete. I don't think so. People still hold paper now and then, and it sold well back then and would do better now. When it was current, I had a lot of credit cqrd debt and checking account overdraft charges,
