I'm quite certain that you will not find the manuals you're looking for in Spanish for Outback. The one that you found is more like a quick start guide and does little to help anyone with programming and set-up. This is a real shortcoming of Outback as they have a very large Latin market,

I tried running one of the Outback manuals through the Google translator, and it came out pretty awful in Spanish - it has problems with technical terms it seems. I don't know enough German to say either way.
