Be warned, i have seen battery tops melt from getting over charged and running low on water. That was on an 80 volt battery bank that weighed 3800#'s, what a mess. Be carefull and get them replaced and the charging problems corrected ASAP. I assume that they were fine when new and they are now reas

Are the batteries packed tight with no ventilation and under a hiugh charge rate? They should not be over 115 to 120 in most any case, and lower is always better. A c/20 is a high rate and the batteries will hold their heat for a while, lead heats and cools slowly. What is the water usage, it shoul
