Jesse, Can't imagine there is a definitive answer. The further the better. Given what you are venting out of the battery box (very light hydrogen gas) I would at the very least make sure the battery vent is higher up than the furnace intake. Any other sort of barrier btwn the two vents,

All these manufacturers making cable clips are going to be so upset when they learn that we know about this quick, cost-effective wire management method! You could start with 110.3(B) where the module installation manual may prohibit anything adhered to the back of the module. Or
