Years ago I used something called a RotoPhase Phase Converter to supply
some 3ph equipment on a site that only had 1ph (2ph?). Not efficient.

There used to be a product that changed battery strings from parallel to
series to boost voltage, l know the patent holder, let me ask if it can
work here that is if there are enough's batteries.

Why don’t you go solar direct no batteries? and use AC for your back up as the
pump will do both. My experience says at least 60VDC to run the pump so 24 volt
battery won’t do it.
