Several years ago I had to replace a 8 year old SI due to a simple shorted main DC disconnect. SMA sent a refurbished unit which lasted another 5 years or so. Just within the last year I replaced both with new units. The other original one circa 2007 SI was not compatible with the new ones so

Chris, If the customer has the username and password, they can log in and add your email address as a new user. I find that on all the profiles I’m monitoring, there are inconsistencies in finding the screen to add authorized users. It may be because some profiles were initiated by me
