Sure if the peak voltage is not getting to the battery then low SOC will
result. Programming may be a result of comms issues poor or due to old
firmware.

William,
You can can set the sell voltage to 54.4 and that will help force a fuller
charge prior to selling. Has worked for me on a site that had the same
symptoms.
You will find that these batteries can be 100% at both 55.2 as well as
54.4due to the flat-ish voltage/soc curve.
Hope that helps.
I have only seen this if you have spotty signal strength to the inverter,
are you hard lined out or a bridge

Moving to Idaho I have inherited a valley full of Fronius & SMA The only
failures have had to replace have been Fronius & I replaced with SMA. All were
out of warranty according to Fronius.

We continue to install Fronius inverters on our ground mounted systems here in

I think if the MATE3S is left in the settings screen, OpticsRE can’t edit
remotely. Exit the Settings section on the MATE3 (entered with the LOCK button)
and you should be able to use OpticsRE to make changes.
Since you might be rolling a truck, bring the latest MATE3S firmware with you,

I installed a Radian AC coupled system a few months ago. We are trying to
dial it in to work with a Blue Planet battery system.
I cannot make any adjustments remotely through Optics. Once in a while if
I reset the gateway I can change one setting, but rarely does it succeed.

We are setting up our first Blue Planet system. It is AC coupled with an

recommended settings when commissioning.
The battery SOC is chronically stuck at 90% as displayed by the Blue Planet

I think the problem is
I don't know the answer to your question specifically, but in Florida we
are light years away from Smart Grid requirements. The latest net metering
law debacle here carries us through the end of the decade. I don't think
smart grid is a battle that anyone is going to fight here anytime soon, so

Hi Wrenches,
I recently had a friend install a Fronius Primo inverter in California.
When he submitted for interconnection, PG&E said it didn't meet the current
smart inverter requirements. Here is the response from Fronius tech support:
"The Fronius Primo and Symo line are not compliant with Rul
