That voltage I gave was assuming a 48-volt system... Of course, this voltage is lower on a 12-volt battery...

Some of these BMSs are not very tolerant of heavy loads... the heavier load may have triggered the BMS to shut down and go into self-protect mode. It can take a few hours to days for voltage to recover. Isolate the battery from the parallel connections and give a few days of no load time to recov
