I second Jeff Randall, but his company is now called Solar Rackworks, no
longer RC Fab. Thry are making all of the old-style roof/ground mounts that
DPW dropped.

We've also made them from Unistrut nested into square tubing. Drill a
hole close to the top of the square tube and use a 3/8" bolt and strut
nut. Either 1-3/4" or 2" thin wall Square tube works.
