I have done a little work on one of Carl's examples from a while a go
and thought I would share it for comment. It would be nice to
have a virtual layout work as a style sheet but I don't know enough
yet to do that. It does however work nicely with the Win95 skin.

I think the main reason it's not being adopted is that Rebol Tech is
focusing on an area that is, in my opinoin, not a good area for programmers
to generate income using the script (IOS). If RT would take some time to
create a FREE browser plugin out of Rebol View, then even if Rebol cost
