Posole is a traditional Mexican dish from the pacific coast region of
Jalisco. A thick soup that's usually made with pork, hominy, garlic,
onion, chili peppers, cilantro, and broth.

I went back and read the recipe which I got from a friend who gets the Willie
Crawford recipes and there is not an oven temperature listed. I know you could
bake the cake in a Bundt pan. I wouldn't try it in a spring form, but that's
just my opinion.
