Blackberry Jam Cake
Cake:
4 eggs
1 cup butter
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup blackberry jam
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup dark raisins
1 teaspoon each - ground cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg
Frosting:
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups sugar
