Shared Memory 32 MB

Hi All, I am trying to allocate a shared memory segment of size 33MB. But, i get an error in that case. But, if i allocated a shared memory segment (using shmget) of size =32 MB, then it is successful. Can anybody please suggest, how can i allocate the shared memory segment of size 32 MB in
