These problems didn't exist in RHL 4.2 and 5.2,
but when I upgraded my 166 MHz Pentium to 6.1,
I discovered some problems I can't figure out.
Upgrading to 6.2 didn't fix these problems.

1. Try to use "fdisk" instead of "disk draid"
during your installation. "fdisk" allows
you to partition your hard disk to up to
4 primary partitions.

Doh! You're right about there being a big typo in the awk version
should have been

As for whether or not the awk is needed You may/may not

I use fetchmail with options UIDL on a RedHat 6.2,
and, sometimes, the .fetchids file is lost. This "bug" arrived for example when
i launch fetchmail without connexion, and next connexion it re-retrieve all
mails ! Does someone already had this problem ?

Sometimes that message is a real pain...try using find as it will do the
wildcard expansion for you and not rely on the shell
something like:
find . -name \*March\* -exec rm {}\;
check the syntax as it might be wrong...
