I am looking for a good, cheap gig ethernet card that will work with linux. A look at
pricewatch found dozens cards ranging in price from $39 to over a grand. It will be
used in a linux terminal server so performance is importand, but I do not want to pay
for more then I need.

I would like to put Red Hat on this server. It is a quad PPro 200 Mhz, 512 MB RAM and

Hi All,
I am running Linux Terminal Server (www.ltsp.org) v3 on RH8. One of my terminals is a
Packard Bell P133 with the built in Cirrus chip set. It is using a 3Com 3C590 NIC. It
boots fine but when I get to the X session it appears as 2 images on the monitor, one
overlapped over the other but
This is a fresh install of RH8 with the NFS utils RPM installed. When I list the files
in the /usr/sbin directory the file shows up, but when I try to execute it bash give
me a "command not found" error. How do I correct this?

I just installed RH 8 and when I run the X based NFS config tool, redhat-config-nfs I
get the following error:
