task under this
Windows list of GNOME taskbar has gone (meaning turned into default icon, paper icon
actually).
How should I do about it?

Read some posts on Google, known bug of KDE with root (or anyone) cannot launch
predefined
screensaver or even lock screen.
If the constraint is must use "root", is there a workout or quickfix on this matter?

How to handle xpm files? I want to change the splash file from the GRUB
boot loader /boot/grub/
However, when I change it, and place the xpm file back in the archive,
the output when rebooting the system looks terrible!!
Anyone has ideas?
