If you're not using the mod_auth_mysql module, the easiest fix for this
is to comment line 6 out of /etc/httpd/conf.d/auth_mysql.conf

belly up. Register.com has a safe renew option that will auto charge

There's nothing to it. Your hardware router will share connections
automatically. Just give your Linux box a internal address and forward
the ports it needs, or stick it out in a DMZ if your hardware router
supports that.
