Doug and Jason, I answered my own question. Downloaded 2.2.16-8 from rawhide and all seems to be well. The Sound module complains about unresolved symbols, similarly to what's mentioned on Jason's megapatch page, but it works anyway ;-) Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it. Robert
