Having been in this boat I can say I sympathize. Your only safe
solution, especially given the knowledge of this hacker is a total
reformat. With that not being possible I would suggest taking off
the essential files to a backup, clean installing and then replacing
the essential files that
I beseech you to format your hard drive and reinstall. You're a danger to everyone
until you do, because you have no way of know what all has been trojaned, or what
extra files may have been installed as backdoors.
Basically, until you reinstall, the cracker is in control of your box, not
