Pacakages and how to Apache Uninstall
Thanks Cornelius,
So this means I have to execute the commands in following order:
# ./configure
# make
# checkinstall -R
# make install
The above steps would create RPM file. Also, this means that "make install"
would actually NOT install apache
an
use by RPM...correct me if I am wrong.

if you didn't install it using RPM, just find the directory in which you
install it (the dir you put for --prefix during configure), and remove it
