Make sure your Netmask is the same on all your machines. I recomend that you
use the standard 255.255.255.0. If you don't your brodcasts get hosed.

It could be a faulty NIC but I have two installed on the machine and they
both do the samething. As for the subnet, there both correct Class C's. I
did a ping this time and got a response but the funny thing is each ping it
loses 1 ms for time on each ping. I made a copy and is listed below.
