You're probably going to get this many times...Oh, well. The backslash is
the answer, but simply use it before the ampersand:

if it helps any im using ppp 2.3.3-4 and mine works. By the way what firmware
are you using in that impact?? Also do you have any tollsaver features enabled?
I cant understand why your not getting both b channels using this init string.

ever since i upgraded to pppd2.3.3-2 i have been unable to get the
second B channel to sync and i didnt do anything to my original ppp
