You don't ahve an ftp server installed, at all.
If you did, you'd have wu-ftpd or pro-ftpd (the two options that come for
installation).

The chkconfig command I listed will change that "disable" to yes.

Install the anonftp (or anon-ftp, I don't remember) RPM package.

I have two FTP Issues
Issue 1:
I have a linux computer that has two network cards in
it. One to my network in my homes and one to my cabel
modem. All of my linux computers on the network can
FTP and also browser the internet net without any
issues. I have one WindowsME desktop that can browser
